Forget driving to the post office and standing in long lines. Stamps can be delivered right to your doorstep by ordering them online. Or , sign up online to print stamps right from your computer.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

    Print postage right from your home computer by signing up for a free trial at Stamps.com.

  2. Step 2

    Order stamps delivered in the mail by visiting http://www.stampsonline.com.

  3. Step 3

    Notice the U.S. Postal Service Web site. Click on "stamps" from the menu.

  4. Step 4

    Pick a product and enter a number into the quantity box. Click "Add."

  5. Step 5

    Click on "Pay" in the far right column.

  6. Step 6

    Fill in your customer information, shipping address, billing address and credit card information.

  7. Step 7

    Click on "Proceed to Checkout."

  8. Step 8

    Confirm your order.

Tips & Warnings
  • Realize that all orders are sent Priority Mail for $1.00.
  • Understand that it takes five to seven business days for your order to arrive.
  • For problems with the postal Web site, contact customer service at customercare@stampsonline.com
  • Postage that prints from your printer can now be ordered via the Internet. To do this, visit Stamps.com.
  • Beware of most private companies that sell postage via the Internet, as they usually deal only in collector's stamps or they charge high monthly fees.

on 12/3/2008 There is another options to print stamps from you PC using a regular printer. Service offered by a private company called Stamp.com. Some reviews and more information can be found at stampsus.net.
