Things You'll Need:
- Hair Accessories
- Handbags
- Sneakers
- Women's Boots
- Women's Casual Tops
- Women's Causal Pants
- Women's Sandals
- Women's Shorts
- Body Glitters
- Body Shimmer
- Makeup Kits
-
Step 1
Expect to sweat off all your makeup, but dust on baby-blue or light-silver eye shadow anyhow. Be liberal with the body glitter.
-
Step 2
Tie your hair in pigtails. Or sweep it all up in a messy bun and stud it with little butterfly clips.
-
Step 3
Wind plenty of shiny plastic beads around your neck and wrists.
-
Step 4
Dress in loud, primary colors.
-
Step 5
Wear soft fabrics like felt, corduroy and velvet.
-
Step 6
Squeeze into a halter or spaghetti-strap top. Or try a baby T-shirt, or a sports bra on its own. Dress as lightly as possible since you'll sweat profusely.
-
Step 7
Bottoms should be big and roomy so that you can move easily. Slip on baggy pants that sit low on your waist and show a little belly.
-
Step 8
Wear sneakers or other flat shoes in which you can dance comfortably for long periods.
-
Step 9
Consider strapping on a mini backpack, maybe in the shape of a furry animal, that can hold your belongings.

on 10/7/2009 yeah thats the old school raver style.. now the newbie "ravers" are prostitots and dress up in there bras and underwear and maybe some fishnets. when u got to a rave these days, while ur picking out ur attire, you have to think "im going for a look that says, im a ****, but im also jail bait. mix and match my colorful bras and underwears!! :)"
Grow up people.

on 8/8/2009 Wouldn't wearing velvet or felt cause you to sweat to death? It hardly seems like an appropriate fabric choice.
