Approach the curb straight on while riding slowly.
Step2
Lean back on your seat, trying to balance all your body weight over the rear tire.
Step3
Pull up on the handlebars when you are about 8 inches from the curb. This will make your front tire rise into the air.
Step4
Notice that your momentum has taken your front tire up above the curb.
Step5
Lean forward on your handlebars once the front tire is above the curb. This will push the front tire down on top of the curb while the back tire remains at street level.
Step6
Shift your weight forward while leaning on the handlebars, attempting to position all of your body weight above the front tire.
Step7
Keep your weight shifted forward, and your rear tire will roll up and over the curb.
Step8
Resume normal riding.

Practice lifting your front tire and then shifting your weight forward on flat ground before attempting a curb.

First, approach the curb straight on, then as you're about to hit the curb, do your wheelie but put all your weight past the back tire (so it's like your going to come off). When you hit the curb, keep pedaling! Don't stop or you will come off.
