Capricorn the goat: strong, stable and reliable. Here are some pointers for dealing with these earthy souls.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Personal Finance
  • Gourmet Foods
  • Diamond Earrings
  • Movie Tickets
  • Takeout
  • Tickets To Garden Tours
  1. Step 1

Invite your Cap to a quiet party with a few friends. Capricorns are usually rather reserved and enjoy small gatherings rather than large ones.

  2. Step 2

Be patient. Capricorns are cautious at first, but once they trust you and relax, they prove rewarding, warm and loyal friends.

  3. Step 3

Heading to the movies? Take your Cap to a comedy. They are serious people, but if encouraged, can also be lively and full of fun.

  4. Step 4

Buy your Capricorn a practical gift, something that might even seem like an investment - food, books, diamonds or stock options. They abhor frivolity.

  5. Step 5

Take your date on a visit to the botanical gardens. Capricorns love plants and landscapes.

  6. Step 6

Choose a Capricorn if you're looking for someone steady and reliable.

Tips & Warnings
  • Your date is a Capricorn if he or she was born between December 22 and January 21.
  • Remember, we're all unique individuals, and there is a lot more to a person's astrological makeup than a sun sign.
  • Getting to know another person takes time. Pay attention, and if you're unsure about what your date wants, ask. Consideration, reliability and kindness count for a lot.
  • If you know your partner's ascendant, or rising sign, read the eHow for that sign as well.

on 7/29/2009 We are not cold! most of us are fun loving!!! kind and freindly and how people say we are plain we most certainly are not we are beautiful and attractive!!
For instance i was born beautiful and i am often told that a girls self esteem could go down in two seconds flat when a capricorn walks in the room, I like to believe that we are the most beautiful, Atarctive, alluring star sign out there!
But don't be fooled people once you get me or most of us mad you will feel my wrath...
Keep that in mind okay?!

on 7/19/2009 Yes! u are right, everything you said is totally true about me, esp. about the movies part. Lots of ppl say that me and my brother (also a cap) are very quiet and serious. I am reserved, but I am also a very silly person who loves to laugh. Most of the best comedians are caps (Jim Carrey) we have a wonderful sense of humor. 5* and recomm. A really great article :)

on 9/1/2008 I am a Capricorn woman and my best friend is also a capricorn he is going through a divorce and I have always been very patient with him and his feelings, and let him know I am there if he needs me, we are both 30 and have been friends since we were 15, now I am starting to have feelings for him, more than just friends, and don't know how to go about telling him, I think he might already know how I feel about him, but I am not sure, the one thing he says to me is "if it were a different time and place". what does that exactly mean? I just don't want to stir things up right now because of his divorce and I know he is really hurting, should I just come right out and tell him? any suggestions?
thanks
