Things You'll Need:
- 5 tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. sugars
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oils
- 1 diced celery stalk
- 2 tbsp. sesame oils
- 2 tbsp. yellow bean sauces
- 1 diced red pepper
- 20 cashews
- 8 oz. chicken breasts - cut into cubes

Step 1
Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat.

Step 2
Add the chicken and fry, stirring, for 1 minute, until the chicken is half-cooked.

Step 3
Add the yellow bean sauce and stir to blend.

Step 4
Add the red pepper, celery, cashews, sugar and sesame oil and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Step 5
Add the water and stir continuously.

Step 6
Remove from the heat when the mixture thickens.

Step 7
Serve immediately, while it's still hot and steaming.
