How to Create a Web Page With Dreamweaver
With Dreamweaver, you can create a Web page using a visual approach (like a standard desktop publishing program) and HTML together. Dreamweaver is powerful, but starting a new page is easy as opening a menu! These instructions use Dreamweaver 3.0.

Start the Dreamweaver program.

From the File menu, choose New. A blank page appears.

Add the components of the page (links, images, and so on) using the toolbars or menus. Click and type to add text.

Select File and choose Save As to save your work when finished.

Choose Preview in Browser from the File menu and select the desired browser to preview your work.

Tips & Warnings
Save the Web page you are working on as a template by choosing Save As Template from the File menu. When creating new Web pages, choose New from Template to use that template.
