Step 1
Sit on the ground with both legs stretched out in front of you.

Lift your right leg over your left leg and place the right foot next to your left knee.

Place your left elbow against your right knee and push your knee to the left. Feel your buttocks and hip muscles stretch.

Switch legs and repeat.

Stand against a wall.

Step 2
Grab your right ankle and pull your heel up to your buttocks.

Step 3
Hold this position, then switch feet and stretch your left thigh muscle in the same manner.

Step 1
Find a curb or other solid object about 3 inches tall.

Step 2
Place the toes of your right foot on top of the object, leaving your heel on the ground.

Step 3
Lean forward and feel the calf muscle stretch.

Step 4
Switch feet and repeat.
