on 6/22/2008 NEVER DO DOUBLE DENIM!!!! it just looks wrong. Instead try pairing your light denim jacket with a white cotton prom dress and Keds for a funky, young look.

on 8/8/2006 Personally, I find wearing more than 1 item of denim clothing looks way too white trash/80's. I think jeans with pointy black boots and a black shirt looks wicked, or jeans with pointy shoes of any color and any style top (as long as it's not denim) looks pretty hot too.

on 11/22/2005 Although many people wear denim jackets with jeans, they overdo it by adding denim shoes and denim hats. Denim seems to lose its character when it is overused. Keep it simple with jeans and a cool top, or a denim jacket with printed, black, or khaki pants. Jean accessories can dress down a fancier outfit.

on 11/22/2005 I personally think that different colors of denim look awesome together. I often wear dark stretch denim with a dark jean jacket, but I have faded the jean jacket in strategic places to make it look worn. I did this with bleach. Also, my purse is denim and it does not match the jacket or pants...Yet I still get compliments!
