How to Add Special Characters to a Web Page Using Netscape Composer

Illustrate your point with special characters, such as fractions or accented letters, using Netscape Composer, a free Web page editing tool from Netscape.

Things You’ll Need:

• Netscape Composer

1. Start Composer and open the page to be edited.
2. Click on the Tools menu and select Character Tools, then Insert Special Characters. A dialog box will appear.
3. Choose the special character to be inserted and click on it.
4. Repeat the process to insert another special character.
5. Save the page when finished, and preview it by clicking the Preview button or choosing Browse Page from the File menu.
