Make a hard cut from the right side of the wake, gathering as much speed as possible.

Level off your board just before you reach the wake.
Step3
Lean back and allow your arms to almost straighten out as you hit the wake.
Step4
Jump off the wake, pulling the handle toward your right hip.
Step5
Push your knees toward the water and roll your head and torso forward, bringing your chest to your knees.
Step6
Pull the handle to your right shoulder as you do the first half of your roll.
Step7
Bring the handle toward your right hip to pull out of the second half of the roll.
Step8
Hold your tuck throughout the roll, looking down at the water on your right side so you know where you are.
Step9
Push your knees toward the water and sit upright to lean against the boat's pull as you land.
Step10
Keep your eyes open at all times during this trick.
Tips & Warnings
Pull the handle hard toward your right hip twice during this jump - once as you jump off the wake and again as you come out of your roll. Otherwise, you'll land on your back.
Some people say that the front flip is easier one-handed, releasing a hand as you enter the air. While it is easier to roll one-handed, because you don't have an arm reaching across your chest, it is harder to hold onto the rope.
