Fill out the sign-up sheet, entering your checking-account number and your bank's name and address on the sheet.

Ensure that your next monthly telephone bill indicates that the balance due will be deducted directly from your checking account.

on 10/21/2008 I pay my bill on line, I have changed banks I did have TVA Credit Union bank, I now have First Tennesee bank a payment for DirecTV came out out of both banks and I just paid it thur First Tennessee bank can you tell me what happened, DirecTv said only one payment was recevied thank You Frances Huffaker my ph. # 4232120244
