Things You'll Need:
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 2 oz. dried pasta
- 14 1/2 oz. tomatoes - cut up
- 2 tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheeses
- 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 3/4 c. tomato juice
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 15oz. can white beans - such as cannellini
- 1/2 c. chopped carrots
- 1 medium sliced zucchinis
- 1 c. cut up green beans
- 1 c. shredded cabbages
- 1 14 1/2 oz. can reduced-salt chicken broths
- 2 tbsp. sliced fresh basil

- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 1/4 c. cold water
- 2 oz. dried pasta
- 2 tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheeses
- 1 c. shredded cabbages
- 1 c. cut up green beans
- 1 medium sliced zucchinis
- 1/2 c. chopped carrots
- 1 14 1/2 oz. can reduced-salt chicken broths
- 3/4 c. tomato juice
- 1/2 c. sliced celery

Step 1
Mix broth, undrained tomatoes, onion, cabbage, tomato juice, carrot, celery, garlic and 1ΒΌ c. water in a large pot.

Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes.

Step 4
Stir in kidney beans, zucchini, green beans and dried pasta.

Step 5
Return to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes more. Add salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with basil.

Divide soup into bowls and top with grated Parmesan cheese.
