Begin by cleansing the area, then dust the area with baby powder to avoid the wax sticking to the skin as well as the hair. Use the wax according to instructions. Finally, cleanse the area with a salycilic acid toner and use a gentle lotion.

If you are sugaring or waxing any part of your face, be sure it is clean - with no lotions or other moisturizers since the wax will just slide off and grasp nothing. Put just a little bit on at a time, smooth on in the direction of the hair, and place a waxing strip on the waxed area. Hold skin taught and gently, but QUICKLY pull in the direction opposite hair growth. Afterwards, splash your face with cool water, put Neosporin on the waxed areas and moisturize the rest of your face.
