on 11/22/2005 My sister and her family live in Hong Kong, so I have to call all the time. I used to use 101-6868 (still respectable prices) but for the last few months I have been using 101-9898 (+011, 852,). They charge 10 cents for each call (completion fee) plus a per minute rate. For the last few months the per-minute rate has been zero, so you just pay the 10 cents and talk as long as you want. Quality is superb (better than 101-6868). At those rates you'd think it was VoIP, but it isn't. It's better quality than any other company I've tried. Promotional rates could change anytime of course, but they give you a quick recording before the call is placed reminding you of the rates, so if you hear it goes up and you don't want to pay the new rate, just hang up. No fees or gimmicks. It's practically free now.
