Okay, it sounds gross. But how many things sound gross but taste wonderful? Chili fries with cheese. Twinkies and chocolate sauce. And now, the grilled peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Serves one.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 slices breads
  • peanut butter
  • frying pan
  • butter
  • jelly
  • Butter
  • Jelly
  • Peanut Butter
  • Butter
  • Frying Pan
  • 2 slices breads
  1. Step 1

Melt 1 or 2 tsp. butter in a small skillet over medium heat.

  2. Step 2

Make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, but hold back on the amount of filling: the peanut butter melts as the sandwich cooks, and too much will run out.

  3. Step 3

Thinly butter the top of the sandwich.

  4. Step 4

Put the sandwich in the skillet, buttered side up.

  5. Step 5

Cook a few minutes, until the bottom of the sandwich is golden brown.

  6. Step 6

    Flip the sandwich over.

  7. Step 7

Cook until the second side is golden, then serve.

on 6/30/2006 We think that it tastes wonderful with an RC soda with a lot of ice, and Mike Sells potato chips. Then the left over peanut butter and jelly on the plate is yummy to scoop up on chips.
