Things You'll Need:
- 2 slices breads
- peanut butter
- frying pan
- butter
- jelly
- Butter

Step 1
Melt 1 or 2 tsp. butter in a small skillet over medium heat.

Step 2
Make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, but hold back on the amount of filling: the peanut butter melts as the sandwich cooks, and too much will run out.

Step 3
Thinly butter the top of the sandwich.

Step 4
Put the sandwich in the skillet, buttered side up.

Step 5
Cook a few minutes, until the bottom of the sandwich is golden brown.

Step 6
Flip the sandwich over.

Step 7
Cook until the second side is golden, then serve.

on 6/30/2006 We think that it tastes wonderful with an RC soda with a lot of ice, and Mike Sells potato chips. Then the left over peanut butter and jelly on the plate is yummy to scoop up on chips.
