on 4/25/2008 Offensive????..... Yeah maybe like a hundred years ago... If you are planning to come to Mexico city, always carry an umbrella, climate changes are getting more unpredictable, and it's OK to wear shorts, specially if you come from a colder climate, Mexico city will seem like a oven, but you'll get used to it....
