How to Make Easy Rocky Road Fudge

Instant gratification for any rocky road rhapsodist. This quick recipe comes from the archives of Nestlé Carnation. Makes four dozen pieces.

Things You'll Need

• 13 by 9-inch baking pan
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1 1/4 c. sweetened condensed milk
• 2 c. semisweet chocolate chips
• 1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
• 3 c. miniature marshallows
• Foils
• Groceries
• Knife
• Large Microwave-safe Bowls
• Mixing Spoons

Instructions

1. Line 13 by 9-inch baking pan with foil; grease lightly.

2. Microwave chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in large, microwave-safe bowl on High (100%) power for 1 minute; stir.

3. Microwave at additional 10- to 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

4. Stir in vanilla extract.

5. Fold in marshmallows and nuts.

6. Press mixture into prepared baking pan.

7. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

8. Lift from pan; remove foil.

9. Cut into pieces.

Tips & Warnings

• You can also melt the chocolate chips into the milk in a saucepan on low heat.
