WebTV can do a lot of things a computer can do. Although there's no mouse, you can cut, copy and paste text.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • WebTV
  • Televisions
  • Internet Access
  1. Step 1

Go to a page with text that you want to copy and paste.

  2. Step 2

Press Cmd-A to select all the text in an area, or to select part of the text, press the Shift-Cmd-A key and use the arrow keys to narrow down the selection.

  3. Step 3

Press Cmd-C to copy the selected text or Cmd-X to cut the selected text.

  4. Step 4

Go to where you want to place the text (in an e-mail message, for example). Click where you want the text to begin.

  5. Step 5

    Press Cmd-V to paste.
