Leave the Year of the Rabbit behind and welcome the Year of the Dragon on February 5, 2000 and the Year of Snake on January 24, 2001.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

Step1
Mail your cards out by January 25th to be sure they get there on time.
Step2
Find cool cards for all of your friends and family at places like sparks.com, Hallmark, Current, and American Greetings.
Step3
Check with the Post Office to see if they have released the Year of the Dragon postage stamp yet.
Step4
Look at card shops for a neat rubber stamp with a dragon on it and decorate your envelopes.
Step5
Sign your card with best wishes for the new year.

Tips & Warnings

  • This is your year if you were born between January 23, 1928 and February 9, 1929; February 8, 1940 and January 26, 1941; January 27, 1952 and February 13, 1953; February 13, 1964 and February 1, 1965; January 31, 1976 and February 17, 1977; and February 17, 1988 and February 5, 1989.
