  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 package (1 1/4 oz.) taco seasoning
  • 1 c. chunky salsa
  • 1/3 c. (2 large) sliced green onions

  • 1/2 c. (4-oz. can) diced green chilies
  • 1 c. (8-oz. container) refrigerated guacamole
  • 1 3/4 c. (1-lb. can) refried beans

      Combine beans and seasoning mix in a small bowl.

Tips & Warnings

  • The dip can be prepared up to 2 hours ahead and refrigerated.

  • Use Monterey Jack, cheddar, and queso cotijo (dry Mexican cheese) for the cheese mix, or use a prepared Mexican cheese mix. Or just use Jack and cheddar.
