How to Change Line Specifications in PageMaker

Lines come in many shapes and sizes in Adobe PageMaker 6.0 and 6.5. You can include vertical and horizontal lines in your documents, and you can change the specifications (thickness, color, type, etc.) of these lines at any time.

Instructions

Things You’ll Need:

  • PageMaker 6.5 (Mac OS)
  • PageMaker 6.5 (Windows)

Step1
Select the line whose specifications you want to change.
Step2
Go to the Element menu and select Stroke.
Step3
Select the line thickness and line type you want from the drop-down menu.

Tips & Warnings

  • Use rulers to help you correctly position the lines you create.
  • You can also go to the Fill and Stroke command in the Element menu and select the line color, line thickness and line type.
