Things You’ll Need:

  • PageMaker 6.5 (Mac OS)
  • PageMaker 6.5 (Windows)

Step1
Click Character (Char) and select the font characteristics.
Step2
Click Paragraph (Para) and select indentation, spacing, alignment, page break, table of contents inclusion and more features.
Step3
Select Tab and set tabs for this style.
Step4
Select Hyphenation (Hyph) and set hyphenation for this style.

Tips & Warnings

  • If you create the styles while or after you've created the document, you need to select the text and apply the style to it.
  • Keep a list of the styles you use and their characteristics.
