Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • PageMaker 6.5 (Mac OS)
  • PageMaker 6.5 (Windows)
  1. Step 1

    Open both PageMaker documents.

  2. Step 2

Use the Pointer tool to select the text or graphic you want to move (to select and move more than one element at a time, hold down the Shift key and select the text and graphics boxes by clicking them one at a time).

  3. Step 3

Drag the selected elements into the other document.

Tips & Warnings
  • Make sure the document you're moving the elements to is open to the page where you want these elements to reside.
  • You can also copy and paste elements from one PageMaker document into another, if that's easier for you.
