Things You'll Need

  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen

  • 4 strawberries, frozen

  • Honey, or other sweetener, to taste

  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut, plus more for garnishing

  • Food processor or bender

Step 1

Place the frozen banana slices and strawberries into a food processor or blender.

The bananas will go through stages as you begin to blend them. Just keep blending until their texture becomes smooth and ice cream like.

Blend until a creamy texture is achieved. Taste and add any sweetener, if needed, blending a few additional times to incorporate.
