How to Style a Dry Faux Hawk for Men
Popularized by famous men such as soccer star David Beckham, the faux hawk hairstyle gives men versatility when it comes to styling their hair. With a comb, pomade gel and a small amount of hairspray, you can take flat dry hair to a faux hawk in just a few minutes. Does this Spark an idea?

Comb through the hair to eliminate any tangles.

Place a quarter sized amount of pomade gel in your palm. Rub your hands together.

Place your fingers at each side of the top of the head or above each eye. Your fingers should be extended along the side of the head.

Push your fingers up through the hair on the top of the head to run pomade gel all the way through the hair. Once pomade gel is through the hair on the top of the head, use your fingers to scuplt the faux hawk so the hair is pushed to stand up and meet down the middle of the head.

Spray the faux hawk with hairspray to lock the hairstyle into place.
