The Kyocera Echo is the first dual-screen smartphone and is distributed in the United States by Sprint. This is why the Kyocera Echo is also known as the Sprint Echo. This Android device is highly customizable, so you can change most settings to suit your needs. If you need to sell the phone or just want to start fresh, you can reset the Sprint Echo to its factory defaults.
Tap "Menu" from the Home screen to open the main menu, and then tap "Settings" to open the Settings screen.
Tap "Privacy" followed by "Factory Data Reset" and "Reset Phone" to start resetting the phone.
Enter the password if you've set one. Tap "Erase Everything" to confirm your action and reset the Kyocera Echo. The reset is complete in less than one minute in most cases. The device will restart after the reset is complete.
