A toothbrush is a handy tool for tough stains.

When ink stains vinyl, it can be hard to get out. Whether it is vinyl-covered furniture, clothing or a doll, dish-washing soap, baking soda and rubbing alcohol are three ingredients that work well to remove ink stains. It's important to use these ingredients only on the ink that you want to remove.

Step 1

Pour a dime-size amount of dish-washing liquid onto a soft cloth. Add a small amount of water onto the cloth and work the soap into a lather. Rub the cloth back and forth over the stain. If this does not get the ink stain out, go to the next steps.
