How to Change the Verizon ZTE Salute Phone's Memory
You cannot replace the Verizon ZTE Salute's internal memory, but you can definitely add or change the phone's external memory via the MicroSD memory slot. Adding external memory to your phone lets you expand the phone's memory when the internal storage is full. You can also choose to save photos taken with the phone's camera on the MicroSD memory card instead of using internal memory.

Turn the Verizon ZTE Salute so you're looking at the right side edge of the phone.

Look for the slot that's about half way down on the right edge. It'll have a rubber covering with a camera icon on it. Pull back the covering to reveal the MicroSD memory slot.

Grab the existing MicroSD card with your fingernails and gently pull it out from the slot. The device doesn't come with a pre-bundled external memory, so if you've never added memory, then you'll skip this step.

Insert the new MicroSD card into the memory slot. Press the card firmly in place until it won't push back any further. You have now expanded the phone's memory to include and use an external MicroSD card for storage.
