How to Change the Dictaphone's EXText Zoom Settings
The EXText transcription software, offered by Nuance Healthcare Solutions, has a new name. ExText, along with three other original software platforms are now bundled together and branded as the “Dictaphone Enterprise Speech System.” With the system, you can dictate and transcribe medical notes. All transcription takes place through the software program's text editor. If your text editor's font is difficult to read, adjust the zoom level settings to increase the size of the text.

Open the Enterprise Editor program on your computer.

Type your assigned user name and password in the designated fields. Click “Log In.”

Click the “Options” tab.

Click the option labeled “Set Word Zoom Level.”

Drag the horizontal zoom level bar to your desired zoom level. To increase zoom level, drag the bar to the right. To decrease zoom level, drag the bar to the left.

Click “OK” to save your new zoom settings.
