How to Make Calls on a Rooted Nook Color

When you have a rooted Nook Color, you can turn your eReader into a fully functioning Android Tablet. Because your Nook Color has access to wireless Internet services and a 3.5 mm stereo headphone jack, you can also use your eReader to make telephone calls. This is all made possible via third-party Voice over Internet Protocol software. To get the VoIP software, you must first install free Android Market software onto your device. You'll also need a microphone-enabled headphone set.
