How to Sync a Motorola Datebook With Google
Motorola datebook devices allow you to keep track of events and appointments. You can sync these devices with your Google calendar, so you have the appointments and events in your Google Gmail account when you read calendar events on your desktop computer. Each time you sync, appointments made in Google are sent to the device and any appointments from the device are sent to Google.

Connect the Motorola device to your computer using the USB cable. Touch the "Calendar" icon on the main screen of the datebook and then select "Menu." Choose "Calendars."

Tap the "Sync" icon. In the settings, type your Gmail account address, username and password. Tap "OK" to save the settings.

Tap the "Menu" icon again and select "Sync Now" to sync the two accounts immediately. Return to the home screen when the process is complete.
