How to Disable Your Context Navigation Bar Tracker
BitComet is a free BitTorrent client you can download from Bitcomet.com. It also functions as an HTTP or FTP download client. Disabling the context navigation bar and tracker clears up a lot of window space in the BitComet application. The bar and tracker are actually comprised of two different status bars in BitComet. One allows you to navigate to your favorite websites and downloads, while the other gives you specific information about your selected torrent, along with overall torrent statistics.

Start BitComet like you normally would.

Open the "View" menu. Select "Detailed Info." This will remove the context window tracker. This window shows various torrent statistics, both total and specific to the torrent you've selected. You can re-enable it by clicking "Detailed Info" in the "View" menu again.

Click the "Favorites" button in the toolbar. You can also find it in the "View" menu. This will close the navigation toolbar. It allows you to navigate through various websites, active downloads and bookmarks. You can re-enable it at any time by clicking the "Favorites" button again.
