How to Make a Server Public on XAMPP
THe XAMPP application installs Apache, PHP and MySQL services on a server without requiring the user to manually install each application. After you install the services, XAMPP has a console that lets you control the security of the server. If you want to make the server public, you must remove the password you applied to the server's services during installation.

Open the XAMPP security console on your desktop. Log in to the console using your administrator username and password.

Click the "Security" link in the left navigation panel. A list of password-protected sections is shown.

Delete the password in the text field and click "Change Password." The removal of the password opens the server services to the public.
