How to Troubleshoot "Oceanis"
“Oceanis” is a computer video game developed by Nickelodeon that you can play via the WildTangent Games App. This video game allows you to interact with the plants and animals of an ocean aquarium. Minor issues related to outdated installation files or display drivers can prevent “Oceanis” from running normally. However, you can start playing “Oceanis” immediately after troubleshooting these issues.

Reinstall “Oceanis” if you are receiving an “Invalid Web Driver” error. Open the WildTangent Games App and click the “Find Games” tab. Select “Oceanis” and then click “Free Trial” to download the game. After downloading, click “Install” to reinstall “Oceanis.”

Update the video card drivers if you are facing choppy or distorted graphics when playing “Oceanis.” Go to the NVIDIA or AMD websites and download the latest drivers for your video card. Click "Open" and follow the instructions onscreen to update the current video card drivers. Updating the video card drivers will also resolve any “No 3D Hardware” errors when loading “Oceanis.”

Enable support for the WAV file format if you are getting an "Object does not support this property or method" when loading “Oceanis.” Click “Start” and select “Default Programs.” Click the “Set your Default Programs” option, select “Windows Media Player” and click “Choose Defaults.” Check the box next to “.WAV” and click “Save.”
