Remove and empty the bag on the Simplicity mower as needed while mowing. The frequency depends on the size of your lawn. Emptying the bag often prevents the bag from getting clogged with too many clippings. If that occurs, the suction does not work correctly to collect the grass and other debris from the lawn.

Clean out the chute of the Simplicity mower as well when you empty the bag. Wear sturdy work gloves when doing it. The chute is near the area where you attach the lawn mower bag to the machine. Tips & Warnings
Sharpen the blades on your Simplicity mower or replace damaged ones. This prevents the bag problems that result from dull or damaged blades.
Mow your lawn when the grass is dry to prevent difficulties with the bag. Wet grass causes the lawn mower to clog. It also causes the mower to stall while you are in the process of grooming your lawn, thus making it a time-consuming and arduous process.
Always turn off the mower before emptying the bag, cleaning out the chute or adjusting the mower in any fashion.
