      Download WavePad Audio Editing Software.

      Click "Open New File" and import the audio track into Movie Maker.

      Click "Pitch Changer" on the toolbar.

      Set the value of the pitch changer anywhere from "-300" to "300" and click "OK."

    • 5

      Save the clip as a file in .WMA format.

Tips & Warnings

  • Save multiple clips as a "Project" and move them to the "audio music" section.
