How to Adjust the Pitch on Movie Maker

Movie Maker allows you to alter voice pitch with a simple plug-in.

Having complete creative freedom over your movie project yields certain benefits. Namely the ability to control the audio in any way you see fit. With Windows Movie Maker and WavePad Audio Editing Software, you can alter the pitch of your film's audio to low or high tones, or anything in between. Once you have the audio fixed to your desired specifications, you simply adjust the track to match the video.

• WavePad Audio Editing Software

Instructions

1. Download WavePad Audio Editing Software.

2. Click "Open New File" and import the audio track into Movie Maker.

3. Click "Pitch Changer" on the toolbar.

4. Set the value of the pitch changer anywhere from "-300" to "300" and click "OK."

5. Save the clip as a file in .WMA format.

Tips & Warnings

• Save multiple clips as a "Project" and move them to the "audio music" section.
