How to Get on the Mountain in the "Nova" Android Online Game

Climb up on the mountain in N.O.V.A.'s snowy level for a better vantage point.

N.O.V.A., short for “Near Orbit Vanguard Alliance,” is a game for Android devices that lets users play as humans fighting aliens who have taken over planet Earth. The game allows the user to play in five different environments, one of which is set in snowy mountains. In this level, a mountain surrounds the aliens' camp. You can get onto the mountain by directing your character to that location and using the "Jump" button repeatedly to climb up on the mountain. You can then shoot down from the mountain.

Instructions

1. Start the snowy level in the "N.O.V.A." game on your Android device.

2. Use the virtual controller stick in the bottom left corner of your screen to steer your character forward and slightly to the left, around the aliens' base. Continue forward until you run into the mountainside.

3. Swipe your finger upwards in the middle of the screen to make your character look up.

4. Push your character forward using the virtual controller stick on the left side of the screen while holding down the "Jump" up-pointing arrow button at the bottom right of the screen. Continue holding these buttons until your character has climbed to the top of the mountain, and then release them.

Tips & Warnings

• Do not move your character over to the other side of the mountain. Walk along the peak or else you will have to start the level over.

• Shoot any aliens that pursue your character by moving your finger on the center of the screen to aim, and then press the red button on the right side to shoot.
