How to Start a RabbitMQ Server That Timed Out
RabittMQ is an open-source messaging service for enterprise clients. Windows servers come with a built-in services management tool that allows you to start, stop and disable services running on your server with a simple button click. If the RabbitMQ server has timed out, restart the service to get it back up and running.

Click “Start,” type “services.msc” and press “Enter.”

Scroll down to the RabbitMQ service and double-click it.
