Some cities, such as Austin, only require a regular driver's license to operate a limousine within the city limits, while Houston requires chauffeurs to obtain a specific vehicle-for-hire license from the city's finance department. Other aspects to consider when becoming a limousine driver include gaining deep knowledge about the city you are driving in and developing good customer service skills.
