Instructions

    • 1

Check the power cord to ensure it's plugged into the wall outlet securely, if the light isn’t coming on or is only working intermittently. Make sure the voltage in the building matches the requirements of the lamp, which is either 120v or 220v.

    • 2

Locate the external fuse for the Jellyfish on the bottom panel of the lamp, and inspect it to ensure it hasn’t blown if the lamp won’t work. Replace the fuse with a new one, if necessary. Make sure the fuse holder is seated in the unit securely and doesn’t wiggle.

    • 3

Test the Jellyfish lamp with low frequencies such as music with heavy bass if you’re using the sound activated mode, and it doesn’t seem to be working. Tapping on a microphone or using your voice sometimes won’t activate the lamp.

    • 4

Clean off the outside casing of the lamp with a soft cloth and regular glass cleaner if the lamp output seems diminished from heavy use. Also, wipe down the fan grill and cooling vents with a soft brush. Wipe off the external optics and mirror with a soft cloth and glass cleaner once a month, and the internal optics at least once every two months.

Tips & Warnings

  • Allow the lamp to dry thoroughly after cleaning before you turn it back on.

  • Do not look directly at the lamp when it’s in use, or you risk severe eye damage.
