Instructions

    • 1

Lay a piece of black card stock flat on a table. Card stock is thick craft paper that can be found at craft stores or office supply stores.

    • 2

Place a clock on top of the card stock, with the face of the clock pointing down.

    • 3

Trace the outline of the clock's face with a pencil.

    • 4

Cut out the traced shape from the card stock.

    • 5

Cut two pieces of duct tape to about 1-inch long and 1/2-inch wide.

    • 6

Place the cut-out piece of card stock flush against the face of the clock, securing it in place with the duct tape pieces at the top.

    • 7

Color in the duct tape pieces with a black marker, making the clock look cohesive.

Tips & Warnings

  • Flip the card stock piece up over the top of the clock to display the time, and flip it down when you want it concealed.
