How to Add Facebook to TweetDeck Apps on iPad

See what your Facebook friends are up to from your TweetDeck.

TweetDeck is a free program that allows users to monitor and manage several social feeds within one application. TweetDeck supports all of the most used Twitter features, as well as Facebook status updates and wall posts. Configure the different feeds into columns to make it easier to see what your friends are up to. TweetDeck is available for download for your iPad, iPhone or iPod from iTunes as well as from the TweetDeck Facebook page.

Instructions

1. Download the TweetDeck app for your iPad. Open TweetDeck.

2. Click the "+" icon at the top left of the TweetDeck. Click "+" again to add a program.

3. Select "Add New Account" to add your Facebook account. Facebook will show up on your accounts list.

4. Choose "Facebook" from the accounts list. "Add Pages" will appear as a button at the bottom of the page. Click it.

5. Log in to your Facebook account and authorize TweetDeck to show updates.

6. Find Facebook on your TweetDeck in the list of pages. Place a check under "Show in Update Panel." The account will show updates on your TweetDeck.

7. Open the "Compose Update" box and click on your Facebook account to make Facebook updates.
