How to Delete Messages in Twitter API With OAuth
If you have too many Twitter direct messages and you've tried to delete them, you've probably discovered that Twitter has no built-in function to make the process easy. However, there is one service that can help you. SocialOomph is a website that allows you to sign in to your Twitter account using the Twitter API and OAuth to completely erase all of your Twitter direct messages at the same time. OAuth is an authentication method used with the Twitter API. When you add your Twitter account to SocialOomph, instead of entering your Twitter username and password there, you're sent back to the Twitter site, where the app is securely connected when you log in from Twitter.com.
