How to Crochet a Homemade Beaded Christmas Garland
Homemade Christmas decorations can be appropriate gifts for your loved ones, or to simply decorate your own home with. Garlands with beads can be created in Christmas colors such green, red or white. Things You'll Need
- Size 10 thread, color and amount will vary
- 1.75mm crochet hook
- Bead garland, 10 feet
- Knitting needles

Attach the bead garland to the yarn by creating a slip stitch in between the first two beads, beginning the first round.

Create three chain stitches and a single-crochet in the space between the next two beads in the row. Repeat this step in the space between the last two beads. Single-crochet in the space and create six chain stitches behind the beads.

Begin working on the opposite side of the garland from the beads and create a single-crochet just to the left of the single-crochet in the first space.

Create three chain stitches and a single-crochet in the space between the next two beads. Repeat this step in the space between the last two beads. Single-crochet in the space and create two chain stitches behind the beads.

Create a triple-crochet stitch into the single-crochet from the last step to create another chain of six stitches.

Begin the second round by working three triple-crochets, three chain stitches and three more triple-crochets into the first three chain stitch loop. Create another single-crochet into the next three chain stitch loop. Repeat this step two times.

Close the end and complete the garland, using knitting needles.
