How to Bold Thread Titles on Vbulletin
The title of all new vBulletin threads appear in bold. Once the thread has been clicked on and viewed, the title no longer appears bold. vBulletin allows administrators and moderators of forums to create sticky threads. A sticky thread appears at the top of all threads and remains bold even after clicked and viewed. To bold a thread title, make the thread sticky.

Log in to your vBulletin Admin Control Panel.

Check the box to the right of all the thread titles you want to appear bold.

Click the dropdown menu in the upper-right corner of the page and under Option select “Stick Threads.”
