How to Run a Contest Channel on YouTube
Besides being used to attract and reward subscribers, YouTube contests are also used to introduce the community to a brand or product. Running a contest channel on YouTube is similar to running a standard channel. Contest channels can be created by partners and non-partners, and implore different types of participation from channel subscribers. Although YouTube allows partners and advertisers only to use tools and gadgets when running a contest, these things are not required for a contest channel. Although there is not one specific way to run a contest channel on YouTube, keep these things in mind.
