Thankfully, there are some effective ways to combat this issue, which include using a few strong hair bands and clips that will stay in place and endure a tough workout.       Sweep hair up into a high ponytail and secure it with a ponytail holder. Secure it tightly, so it stays in place. This keeps hair out of your face and off your neck and is therefore appropriate for aerobics classes and cardio workouts.

      Braid hair into two braids or one long braid down your back. This keeps hair away from your face. If you have long bangs that get in your way, you can create mini braids with your bangs and pin them back with bobby pins during your workout.
