How to Autorun a ROM From an Emulator
Emulators exist for consoles such as the Atari 2600, Nintendo 64 and PSX, allowing you to run old games right from your computer. These emulators feature a user interface you can use to launch games from ROM images. If you want, you can configure a ROM image to automatically run from an emulator as soon as you double-click it.

Get to the location of the ROM image using Windows Explorer.

Right-click the ROM image and select “Open.”

Select the emulator from the list of applications.

Check the box next to “Always use selected program.”

Click “OK.” The ROM file will automatically run from the emulator as soon as you double-click it.
