How to Change Java 1.6 to Java 1.5 for Mac

The Java Virtual Machine is the platform that all Java programs run on. This allows Java programs to maintain a sense of portability and regularity across operating systems and devices. However, different JVM versions have different options and standards. You can continue developing on an older version of the JVM until you're ready to switch to the newer one, even though you have the newest one installed.
