How to Troubleshoot Propeller Login in Firefox
Four Firefox extensions, the "Propeller Sitemail Notifier,""Propeller Friends' Activity Sidebar," "Propeller Tracker" and "Propeller News" display notifications to the browser. The Sitemail Notifier informs you whenever you have messages from the website; and the Activity Sidebar shows status updates from online friends. Updates are automatic, with options to follow the latest news and comments at propeller.com. Log in is required or the add-ons will not work as expected.
Instructions
-
-
1
Type the site URL, propeller.com, into the address bar instead of using Google. This prevents you from clicking a bad link and being redirected to the wrong website.
-
2
Check your login info carefully; one wrong digit will prevent you from logging in.
-
-
3
Turn on Caps Lock to prevent errors related to the password, which is case-sensitive.
-
4
Click "Tools," "Clear Recent History" and put a check by each item in the list. Make sure the Time Range is set to "Everything," then click "Clear Now" to delete the cache.
-
5
Disable add-ons in "Tools," "Add-ons" that you don't use to rule out the possibility of incompatible software.
-
6
Log in with a different browser. The problem might be related to Firefox and using a different browser will at least let you use the extension.
